These terms govern your use of oregonmainecoon.com. They cover the website only. They are not the adoption agreement. Placing a kitten is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, and nothing on this website replaces or overrides it.
This website is operated by Patty and John Cruikshank, doing business as Nacoonzi Cattery, Estacada, Oregon. The website is designed and maintained by Kaelrune Media (kaelrunemedia.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Everything here is information. Listings, prices, availability and descriptions are provided to help you decide whether to apply, and none of it forms a binding offer.
No kitten is reserved, promised or sold through this website. A placement happens only when we have approved an application and both parties have signed our adoption contract. That contract, not this site, sets out the terms of the sale, the health guarantee and the obligations on both sides. If anything here conflicts with the signed contract, the contract governs.
We keep this site as current as we reasonably can, but litters change, kittens are reserved and details are sometimes updated before the page catches up. Photographs show individual animals at a moment in time; coats, colors and size change as a cat matures.
We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or that any particular kitten shown remains available.
Prices shown are current at the time of publication and may change without notice. Delivery and travel figures published on this site are starting prices, not quotes, and the amount you pay depends on the route and the arrangements required.
A quote we give you for travel is valid for 24 hours, because airfares move constantly. All travel costs are the responsibility of the buyer, your kitten must be paid for in full before any flight is booked, and travel costs are paid in advance of booking.
No payment is taken through this website.
All text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Patty and John Cruikshank unless credited otherwise. Artwork by featured artists remains the property of those artists.
You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse our photographs or written content, and you may not use our images, our cattery name or our cats to advertise animals of your own. Impersonating Nacoonzi Cattery, or using our material to solicit money from buyers, is fraud. See our Beware of Scammers page for the accounts we actually operate.
